Oak Creek’s top-rated contractor recently completed another successful roof replacement and gutter installation project. The project started with a thorough inspection and removal of all existing layers of shingles. The roof decking was also checked for any defects or damage that might have gone unnoticed before.
To ensure maximum protection against leaks and water damage, we opted for an ice and water shield and synthetic felt installation. The homeowner made an excellent choice by selecting Owens Corning Duration shingles with a limited lifetime warranty in Driftwood.
To guarantee proper airflow and ventilation, we decided to upgrade the roof ventilation system to an Owens Corning VentSure ridge vent. This will help maintain the overall integrity of the roof and prevent any potential damage in the future.
After the roof was fully installed and checked for quality, we moved on to the gutter installation. We opted for a seamless 5” gutter system with 3” x 4” aluminum downspouts in Sierra Clay. This will help ensure optimal water flow and drainage away from the house and prevent any water damage to the property.
