We are pleased to announce the completion of another successful project by the AHI team. This project involved the installation of a new garage service door, replacement gutters, and siding. For the siding, we followed a detailed process that began with the removal of the existing wood siding and sheathing. We then proceeded to install 7/16 OSB sheathing, house wrap, and Alside Charter Oak .046 mil premium double 4.5” clapboard vinyl siding with matching corner post. To complete the look, we also installed Mastic triple 3” soffit panels and custom bent fascia in aluminum with an almond finish.
We understand the importance of durability and longevity, which is why we installed a lifetime warranty gutter system. This consisted of 5” K-Style seamless aluminum gutters with 3” x 4” aluminum downspouts to increase drainage with ACM’s matching almond colors. We ensured that the gutter system was installed with precision and care, so our client can enjoy the benefits for years to come.
Lastly, for the service garage door, we installed a Mastercraft flush panel steel entry door with a primed finish and custom-wrapped the exterior trim in almond. We understand that every detail matters, and so we ensured that the exterior trim was custom-wrapped to match the overall aesthetic of the property.
